SNiC 2020 committee applications are open!

Thalia and CognAC are trying to get the SNiC to Nijmegen in 2020. What does that mean? That means we are looking for a committee to organize the biggest IT symposium of the Netherlands. Are you interested in managing, signing and spending over 150.000 euros, organizing a congress for 750 people and contacting some big speakers? Then it might just be the thing for you.
The 13th of March, the SNiC representatives of CognAC and Thalia (Job, Rico, Fien and Jorrit), went over all there is to being in the SNiC committee. They cover topics ranging from “what is the SNiC” to “why should you join the committee”. The used slides can be found here: https://cloud.svcognac.nl/s/rxsJB7nICkozV1g.
You can apply for this unique opportunity until the 19th of April 23:59, by sending an email to snic@svcognac.nl. Make sure the email includes something like this:
- A top 3 of functions you are interested in, and briefly why
- Why you are suited (personal traits, relevant experience, motivation, etc.)
