The TraC is back!
We’ve had meetings and even a secret voting session to decide…
the location of CognAC Study Trip 2027🔥
We as TraC now know where we’ll be going… But can you figure it out? Maybe there’s already a hint hidden somewhere in this document! The trip will have limited spots, and since it’s the CognAC Trip, they’ll fill up fast. However! You have a chance to claim one! Starting today, we’ll share multiple hints about our mystery destination. If you’re the first to guess correctly, you’ll get a guaranteed spot on the trip! So keep an eye on CognAC’s socials, emails, and the Board room for these exciting hints! We will keep revealing hints up until the location reveal on November 17th (more information will follow later).

For those who are new to the concept of the CognAC Trip: From this year on, CognAC will go on a trip every year! CognAC only used to go on a study trip once in every 2 years, which has now been changed to an alternation between long study trip and short (non-study) trip.

Last academic year, we went on a larger study trip with teachers, visiting universities and companies while also having a lot of fun activities. This academic year, we are going on a short trip to ... Since there is no subsidy, the trip will be more relaxed and less focused on a formal program. It will take place during the May break. We'll probably visit an AI related company or university, while also making time for great experiences in other parts of the city! You don’t want to miss this! Last study trip we went to Barcelona, Spain. Take a look at CognAC’s Instagram or the ParaC Cloud to see how fun that was!

If you think you know what destination those hints point to, you can make a guess on this link.

The following rules apply to this contest:

• Every member can fill in the form at most two times
• Your last guess counts. So if your first submission was right, but the second submission is wrong, you lose your spot.
• There are two spots reserved: one for a first-year AI bachelor student, and one for any other member or benefactor. This contest will thus have 2 winners.
• If you don’t want to use the Google form, please email your submissions to travel@svcognac.nl. Any other ways of submission will not be accepted.
• We will have an information session about the location on November 17th in the break. You can send in submissions until November 16th, 13:30
• The winners of this contest still need to pay for the trip :)

Have fun figuring out the hints!

Good luck,
The TraC
