CognAC Study Association is the study association for the Artificial Intelligence (AI) programme at Radboud University Nijmegen. CognAC was founded in 1990 by a couple of students who aimed to improve the contact between students of the programme and to protect student interests.
As members of CognAC, we aspire to achieve this goal through a range of activities. Our board consists of a minimum of three and a maximum of five members. Each year, we elect a new board from a pool of member candidates who want to take on a more active role in the association.
In addition to the board, CognAC has many committees that all work to create a fun association. For example, the committees organise film screenings, parties, galas, games nights, but also programme-related events like symposia and seminars. Take a look here to see exactly what the committees do. Both our active and regular members contribute to making CognAC a fun association and one that also has many practical benefits.
